The Inquiry Committee constituted under Rule 34 shall, after completion of its act of investigation, submit a report to Government of Nepal along with a clear opinion in relation to an accusation charged referred to in Clause (f) of Sub-section (1) of Section 63 and Clause (f) of Sub-section (1) of Section 69 of the Act, as the case may be.
